PT. Foreign Student Support (ForSS) is an Indonesian Company established in February 2026 by Richard Jones, a UK Citizen who has been resident in Indonesia for over 20 years. The company is based in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This is the largest city of Eastern Indonesia and has a core population of roughly 1.5 million (with Greater Makassar having a population of roughly 2.8 million).Makassar is an important centre of higher education, serving South Sulawesi Province (population roughly 9 million in 2025) but more generally the whole of Sulawesi Island (5 provinces) and the whole region of Eastern Indonesia.

Primary Mission
The primary mission of PT ForSS is two-fold:
To assist the larger universities in Makassar to (a) further develop their international streams (which deliver tuition in English); and (b) attract more foreign students to enroll in their international courses (both undergraduate and postgraduate); and
To provide support for the welfare of such students once they arrive in Makassar, especially with regard to accommodation and social mingling,
